Party features

The days are just flying by again and it is already Wednesday!
I love looking at all your ideas, crafts, and yummy recipes every week but I am struggling with the time involved with hosting parties every week.
Now that Summer is almost upon us {next week is my kid's last week of school} I'm really feeling the pinch.
So for now I've decided to hold off on hosting a link party every Wednesday.
I'm thinking of hosting just once a month or a themed link party.

I'll still be here blogging away during the Summer. I still have a  long to do list of projects I'd like to accomplish before Summer ends!

Now it's time for some FUN... last week's features!

Adrianne from happy hour projects made this teacher appreciation bracelet.

Back for seconds showed us how to make these delicious double stuffed brownies.

Joanne over at double wide in the sky shared her oh so yummy looking margarita cupcakes.

Thank you so much to everyone who linked up last week!

Today I have a little spray painting to do and tomorrow I will finally be revealing my basement makeover!

Hope to see you tomorrow!

Whimsy Wednesday party features

Sorry I know I am doing things a little backwards showing you the features after another weeks party has already started. What can I say I'm just a bit nutty like that!

One of my favorites from last week was titled all about Alice inspiration. Since I just put together my own Mad Hatter tea party you had to know this would be a favorite of mine! Thanks to Little lady bird for putting all these Alice ideas together for us!

Katie over at Creatively Living always amazes me with her clever and beautiful makeovers. Loved her kitchen reveal and the open shelving looked so organized.

Barb at turtle and tails made over her foyer by adding trim, doors, light fixture, and new paint. It really looks amazing!

With mother's day right around the corner I am always looking for new and creative gift ideas. I loved this frame and free printable made by Samantha at crafty texas girls.

Lots of love and thanks to everyone who linked up last week. Don't forget to grab your FEATURED button from up top if I featured you today. Also this weeks party going on NOW please link up and spread the word!

Happy Wednesday!

So sorry, I know bad bad party host! This weeks party is up and running so if you haven't linked up yet please feel free to share a project or two.

Now onto this weeks FEATURES!

I am totally in love with this dresser makeover by Bliss Ranch.
How cool is this?

Samm at Little house in the big D mixed two of my favorite things burlap and chevron to create this awesome piece of artwork!

Did I mention we are in full swing party mode at our house this week? Yep, my daughter's 9th birthday party is happening this Saturday and I am feeling the crunch.

I couldn't help loving these birthday themed links this week!

Kelly from Live Laugh Rowe put together this spring themed dessert bar. I love all the little details, so cute.

How about making your birthday girl a personalized birthday shirt? That's just what Crafty biggers did!

Sara at Applestone drive shares the birthday traditions she does every year with her kids. What a great mama! Special meals and a birthday pillow. I'm just hoping my kids don't see this and ask why I'm not doing all these neat things!

The real thing with the Coake family shared how she made this adorable birthday card.

Whimsy Wednesday Party Features

I can't believe it's Tuesday again already! Sorry if I've been M.I.A. lately. It is our spring break this week and yesterday I spent a fun day with my family at the Cincinnati Zoo. Today is actually my birthday and I am celebrating with the husband and kids and going out to lunch! No, I'm not going to tell you how old I am let's just say that I see that BIG glaring obnoxious FOUR OH in the not too distant future!

So on with the fun! I always have such a hard time picking just a few items to feature each week. You all really do such amazing stuff! Remember the next link party will go live tonight!

Jill at Jillify it showed off her very cool and colorful craft room. She even covered her tables with wrapping paper and vinyl.

Carrie at Worth Pinning made this awesome farm cake. She even made some cookies to go along with it! Amazing!

Reusing items we already have just makes me smile. Katie at Creatively Living turned her old pantry door into a piece of art. Love that.

Like many of us {including myself} Lori at thrifty decor mom was lacking that much needed mudroom. So what did she do? She created her own little mudroom in the garage!

Jessica at stay at home-ista showed us her dreamy white kitchen. So clean and bright!

Thank you so much everyone who linked up last week. Hope you will come back tonight for another round of Whimsy Wednesday!

Whimsy Wednesday link party and features

Once again another week of great creations! You all never disappoint me in your creativity!

With Easter weekend right around the corner I decided to feature my favorite Easter and Spring links.

Jamie from Scattered thoughts of a crafty mom made these adorable fabric covered eggs. I love all the texture and bright colors!

I love these neon eggs made by Sarah and her boys from the winthrop chronicles.

This original piece of bunny paint chip art was done by Catherine at hello, new day.

Judy from JBiggs little pieces put together this beautiful spring woodland table scape.

Okay, my last feature has nothing whatsoever to do with Spring, but being the mom of a soccer lovin girl I couldn't resist sharing this room by Helen from a brit of happiness. This room just makes me happy!

If you were featured today don't forget to grab your button! I will also be pinning all features onto Pinterest!

Before we get busy with the features and party I just want to give a big THANK YOU to all of you who linked up last week. Last week's party reached 50 links which is my largest yet. I'm hoping to break that record this week!

Thank you so much for the support and love you have all shown me since starting this blog. I am having so much fun blogging and meeting all of you!

Now here some links from last week that really blew me away.
Angie from Beneath the Magnolias gave us a peek at her breakfast room makeover which was truly beautiful.

Heidi from It's Our Pinteresting Life used a can of coral spray paint to add some pizazz to her bookcase.

We all know how much I adore inexpensive projects so I instantly fell in LOVE with this mail organizer made by Lori from
The Stonybrook House.

Isn't this Easter banner adorable? Brittany over at Daily Chaos of a country girl did a fantastic job!
